Since the 2026 season, Audi has been competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
 
The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Center in UK is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).

Within Finance, we act as the central interface between Audi Formula Racing GmbH and the FIA, ensuring compliance with the Power Unit Financial Regulations. We are the primary point of contact for all questions regarding the handling of the regulations and serve as the first contact for FIA auditors. Our goal: clear frameworks, transparent processes, and reliable information. In addition to strong professional expertise, team spirit, openness, and enjoyment of our work are key success factors. And one thing is certain: in the Formula 1 environment, things are guaranteed to never get boring!

Your Mission
  • Analysis and assessment of requirements arising from the Power Unit Financial Regulations as well as derivation of concrete actions
  • Continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and clear communication of changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Conceptualization, organization, and execution of training sessions and workshops on regulatory and technical topics
  • Preparation of technical concepts, guidelines, and internal policies to ensure compliance
  • Professional consulting and support for business units in implementing regulatory requirements
  • Analysis and preparation of data for management reports and ad-hoc requests
  • Active contribution to the further development of internal processes, structures, and documentation standards
  • Support in the preparation and execution of external audits
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, along with solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and HGB) 
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in auditing or management consulting 
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented working style 
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness 
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and sense of responsibility 
  • Ability to present complex topics in an understandable manner 
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment 
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders 
  • Very good command of English and basic knowledge of the German language
